Our beautiful, forty-four acre campus is situated right off of the 9 mile in Crown Point.
What is a Life Plan Community or Continuing Care Retirement Community - CCRC?
A Life Plan Community (formerly referred to as a Continuing Care Retirement Community or "CCRC") is a residential community for older adults (typically age 62 and older) that provides a variety of housing options, along with services, amenities and a continuum of care designed to address the changing needs of residents as they age. The typical CCRC offers not only Independent Living options, but also Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care services on a single campus.

What services and amenities are part of my residence?
Residence options at Wittenberg Village include a wide range of choices in size and floor plan, from over 1,410 square-foot. 2-bedroom / 2 bath villa to an 707-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment. No matter which option you choose, however, all residences are maintenance-free with utilities and bi-weekly housekeeping included.

Wittenberg Village offers restaurant style dining choices at every meal, a Fireside Lounge for socializing with friends and a private dining room for more intimate dining occasions. In addition, the outdoor patio provides a pleasant outdoor environment in which to enjoy your meal or a cup of coffee with friends.
What security measures are in place?
Wittenberg Village provides is a community with 24-hour security staff. In addition, there is an emergency response system located in each residence.

What levels of health care will be offered on campus?
Wittenberg Village’s Health Care Center offers private Skilled Nursing in private suites arranged in a neighborhood setting and specialized Memory Support in private accommodations. In addition, rehabilitation services are provided to aid residents in a return to wellness following an injury, illness or surgery. Having all these levels of care available on campus enables couples to stay close to each other when one has a health care need. Hearthstone Assisted Living offers one- and two-room residences, This provides priceless peace of mind to residents and their families.
